Information & Guidelines
We are excited to celebrate our students’ hard work, growth, and dedication at our annual recital. Participation in the recital is an essential part of our dance program, and the guidelines below will help ensure a smooth, joyful, and well-organized experience for everyone.
1. Mandatory Recital Participation & Fee
Participation in the recital is mandatory for all enrolled students. A recital fee of $120 must be paid on or before June 1, 2026.
Please Zelle the recital fee to 615-810-3157. The payment will appear under the name Natyadhwani LLC in Zelle.
2. Participation Confirmation
Once the recital fee has been paid, families must complete the provided Registration Form to officially confirm participation.
3. Recital Date & Venue
The annual recital will take place on August 14, 2026 (FRIDAY)

Normally, we prefer to schedule our recital on a Saturday or Sunday. Unfortunately, despite searching for nearly six months, we were unable to secure a suitable and spacious venue on a weekend this year.
Since school will begin just one or two days before the recital, we kindly request parents to plan accordingly by either picking up students a little early or arranging for them to take the second half of the day off. This will help ensure they have enough time for makeup, costume preparation, and travel to the venue.
We understand this is a significant request, and we truly appreciate your support and understanding. However, without securing this date, we would have had to postpone the recital by another year. Thank you again for your cooperation and continued support.
4. Costumes
Costume requirements may vary depending on the student’s level, group, and performance item. Some groups may require coordinated costume purchases, while others may not.
5. Costume Costs
If a costume purchase is required, the cost will be collected separately and is not included in the recital fee.
6. Guest Count
Please enter an accurate guest count in the Google Form. This helps us plan seating appropriately and avoid overcrowding at the venue.
7. Outstanding Balances
All pending tuition or fee balances must be cleared before recital registration to allow for accurate invoicing and smooth coordination.
8. Attendance & Rehearsals
Regular class attendance is especially important in the weeks leading up to the recital. Additional rehearsals or a dress rehearsal may be scheduled, and attendance will be required to ensure group coordination and stage readiness.
9. Arrival Time & Check-In
Students must arrive at the venue at the assigned call time, fully dressed with hair, makeup, and accessories as instructed. Late arrivals may not be able to participate.
10. Hair, Makeup & Jewelry Guidelines
Detailed hair, makeup, and jewelry instructions will be shared closer to the recital date. These guidelines help maintain a uniform and professional stage appearance.
11. Photography & Videography
The recital fee includes a professional photography and videography package for each student at no additional cost, including on-stage performance photos and the full professionally recorded group performance video.
Due to the number of students, solo photos may not always be guaranteed, but the team will capture as many individual and group moments as possible. Please allow 3–4 weeks after the recital for final photo and video delivery.
To ensure a smooth experience and clear professional coverage, we kindly request that parents do not come to the front during performances to take photos or videos. You are welcome to capture memories from your seats.
12. No Refund Policy
Recital fees and costume fees are non-refundable once paid, as they are used for venue, production, and professional services.
13. Behavior & Backstage Etiquette
Students are expected to follow backstage rules, remain respectful, and listen to instructors and volunteers at all times to ensure a safe and positive environment.
